My name is Alexandra, and I have always had a passion for education and real estate. With a Bachelor of Education from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington, my journey began in the realm of education.

For nearly a decade, I’ve immersed myself to the field of education, honing my skills and nurturing minds in public schools. However, my roots in real estate run deep. Coming from a family that has owned MCM Real Estate services for over 35 years, I was born into a world where properties and investments were part of everyday life.

In 2020, I made the pivotal decision to transition from the classroom to the world of real estate, joining the family business alongside my father, Steve DeLeon.

Together, we embarked on an exciting venture, launching MCM University.

This endeavor was born from our desire to educate and empower individuals from all walks of life in the realm of real estate.

At MCM University, our mission is clear: to provide comprehensive education and guidance to real estate professionals at every stage of their careers. Whether they are new agents, seasoned veterans, real estate investors, or individuals seeking to build wealth through property investments, we strive to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
